Nidaplast is a polypropylene honeycomb covered or not on both faces with a soft polyester non-woven fabric. It is available in 2500 x 1200 mm plates ready for direct use: lamination or gluing, shaping. Thicknesses varied from 5 to 90 mm (or more).
This flexible and light panel enables an easy use in sandwich panels where most usual techniques of cutting, laminating and gluing can be applied. Since it is a thermoplastic product, its mechanical, acoustic, chemical and thermal properties make its use even easier.
Its surfaces are well adapted for the lamination or the gluing of almost any type of facings. There are many applications in a lot of different fields: building, transport, nautical industry, industrial equipments…
